QA/QC Introduction
Our Sample Examination Department was formally established on August 1, 2002, and renamed as the Quality Department on October 1 of that year. Based on the principle of "Qualitative control, prevention, quality theory, never compromise", and adhering to the credo of "Participate wholly, responsible for the entire product", staff in this section are tasked with maintaining our stringent standards.Having implemented product design, development and production supervision systems, we also have quality assurance modes for product installation and service. With nearly 20 QC personnel, this team has been allocated various types of advanced inspection equipments and examination tools.
Currently, the rate of ex-factory products reaching our standards is 100%, with 96% of customers being satisfied with our items. Moreover, due to the continuing efforts of all staff, we received ISO9001 certification in February 2003. Additionally, the Chinese Building Materials Industry Association issued us a 'Trustworthy Brand' commendation in October 2002.

Description:Used to measure the degree of reinforcement in glass, this tester meets the national GB/T9963-1998 standard. Tests are conducted by freely dropping 104g steel balls on the glass from heights up to 1,000mm. The sample is labeled as qualified if it is not destroyed by these tests.

Name:Extreme temperature resistance testing platform
Description:Materials are tested for extreme temperature resistance by being subjected to -20<sup>o</sup>C and 100<sup>o</sup>C (±2<sup>o</sup>C) water. Samples free from natural lines or damage are determined as being qualified.
